The teachers within the network of Charter School Associates  network of tuition free public charter schools are required to have a Bachelor of Arts/Science in Education or field instruction and a Florida Teaching Certification in the subject area or eligible for certification as defined in Florida Statute.
All school employees are subject to the same criminal and background investigations as required in traditional public schools. All staff also undergo mandatory drug testing.
